Γραμμα and Translation Procedures

Over at Koinonia, Bill Mounce has given an answer to someone who asked why γραμμα is translated one way in Romans 2:27 (as “written code”) and another in v 29 (as “letter”) in the ESV. I really enjoy reading about the basic process that they went through to come to decisions such as this. I’m interested to know your thoughts on this process though, so be sure to go over and check it out.
