Over at Evangelical Textual Criticism is posted some information about an awesome update to the Virtual Manuscript Room at the Institute for New Testament Textual Research. What is this update? It’s the addition of the x-files to the room. No, not the show. These files (which come as PDFs) are the dossier of info for each manuscript that the institute has on record. Definitely a bonus for the textual critics among us. Right now there are only a fraction of the dossiers up there, but I imagine they’ll add more soon. Go check it out (but make sure you’re using something other than Internet Explorer – the site doesn’t like that for some reason).
