Job Hunt: Update on Bookstore

For those who can recall, I applied for a position at a seminary bookstore nearby a couple of weeks ago and had an interview a week and a half ago. Well, I haven’t heard anything back yet. I believe it is this seminary’s policy to send out a letter if you did not get the job (as has been my experience so far).

I checked the seminary’s job board today and they had taken the position down. I figure it means one of two things. One, they are no longer accepting applications, but are considering applicants who have applied still (in which case there’s still hope that I could get the job). Two, they have filled the position and I can expect a letter in the mail within a few days. So far my experience has been the latter.

Still hoping that something will come up somehow. I feel really beat down right now though.
