I went down to the mailbox just a minute ago and found that the books from InterVarsity Press had arrived. This has got to be one of my favorite parts of the day! They sent me Introducing Paul by Michael Bird, and Fabricating Jesus by Craig Evans. I’m excited to read these both and post reviews in due time.

Yeah, I know I better. I’ve done 4 reviews so far. I’ve got 1 coming out tomorrow (I pray). Then there are 20 books waiting for me to read and review. So, it’s going to take a little while. Haha!

Matt: I think I mentioned this before, but Evans’ books if one of my favorite books ever. I think you’ll enjoy it. We’ll have to compare reviews when you’re done.
I think I’ll enjoy it too. I haven’t actually read any of Craig Evans’ books before now, so this one may get read sooner than later.
You’ll have to tell us if the Bird book is “gucci” or not.
I will let you know. I believe I’m going to read that one mid-late August.
